What does the BEST Inflatable Company by definition mean to us?
- We provide you with Clean/Sanitized Inflatables for your party/event. We take a great amount of care of our Inflatables. We vacuum out any debris, as well as clean/sanitize inside/outside of each of our units. It is important that our inflatables look clean & new. As a mom myself I don't want any child getting into a dirty inflatable...that is my worst nightmare, and I will make sure you don't have your child doing that with us either.
- We provide you with detailed safety instructions upon delivery/setup of each rental with us. We go over the weight/safety requirements to give you peace of mind of how many kids can safely bounce, and if dad/mom want to jump in too you know the weight limits as well. We make sure you are educated so you can provide fun for your party.
- We provide you with great customer service. We do that from the very start...either by email or phone...we are available to answer your questions in a timely manner. We appreciate your business & your time---we try to give you the facts and get to back to other tasks while we work out your party details.
- We provide you with peace of mind that we are only a phone call away if you need to ask a question we work off a cell phone, so we are here for you!
- We follow up with your reservation to find out how things were, and area's we might be able to improve & learn from for next time.
People ask us all the time how we got the name 3 Monkeys Inflatables. 3 Monkeys Inflatables came about after trying to incorporate our 3 boys into the business, while trying to invent a name that would be fun & memorable! Our boys are the biggest part of us, and so it is fitting for them to be a huge part in our business.
We have 3 boys, hence the 3 Monkeys.
