Property Owner Approval: Please ensure you have obtained the necessary permissions if the tent is to be set up on a property you do not own. Our deposits are non-refundable, so clear communication with the property owner is crucial.

Q.If you drill into the asphalt, will you fill the holes when you remove the tent?

A.We can refill the holes with asphalt filler, upon request, and for an additional fee of $150.00. This service is not included with the rental of the 20' x 20' pole tent.

Q.My event is at night. Do you have lights to add to this rental?

Q.How can I place a rental order for a 20'x20' pole tent with walls?

A.You can place your order online by adding the item to your cart and proceeding through our easy to use, online checkout process. You will be asked to enter your personal information such as name, email, mobile number, delivery address, billing address, and party information. On the final screen you will be required to make the 25%, non-refundable, deposit in order to book. Once your order is placed you will receive a delivery confirmation via email. Q.If I place an order, when will you deliver my 20'x20 pole tent?

A.Our tent rentals are for up to 8 hours. If your pole tent is booked from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m., that means it will be there, set up, ready to go for your party by 1 p.m. This also means that we could return 9 p.m. or later to pick the pole tent back up. If you need additional time to set up or decorate we ask that you take this into account when choosing your start time. Also, if there is a chance you will still have guests at 9 p.m. and do not want it possibly picked up at that hour, we also ask that you take that into consideration. If you would like to ensure the tent is set up the day prior or picked up the day after we can schedule it this way for an additional fee. If you want both it would be an $80.00 overnight fee on both end. If you just want it picked up the following day, there would be a $40.00 overnight fee. For circumstances like this we do suggest contact the office staff so that they can assist you with scheduling your booking and note it properly in the system.
