    Ensuring your peace of mind

    At 3 Monkeys Inflatables, safety is our top priority when it comes to providing our customers with quality bounce houses and other inflatables for their events. We take pride in our safety program and strive to exceed the safety standards set forth by the state of Pennsylvania.  Our safety program begins with our team of registered ride inspectors, who are certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture’s Division of Amusement Rides and Attractions. These inspectors are responsible for ensuring that all of our equipment meets the stringent safety requirements established by the state of Pennsylvania.

    We are also licensed for our business in the state of Pennsylvania with the ride safety division, and carry the required $ 1 million general liability policy in excess, as well as the required workers' compensation policy, and commercial auto policy to protect our staff, our equipment, and our customers. This provides peace of mind to our customers knowing that we are taking every precaution to ensure their safety.

    Furthermore, our rides and attractions are inspected monthly and at every Public event as necessary by the state of PA. Our team of inspectors has undergone extensive training and continuing education to maintain their licensure, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and expertise to operate and dismantle amusement rides safely.  We are committed to complying with all safety regulations and requirements established by the state of Pennsylvania. This includes submitting itineraries for scheduled events, inspection affidavits, and following safety protocols to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff.

    We currently have 3 registered ride safety inspectors on staff with the state of PA.  All of our PA amusement rides are also registered for use in Pennsylvania.  All amusement rides need to be inspected per the PA inspection act by an affiliated qualified inspector.  The Department of Agriculture Bureau of Rides and Measurements Standards Amusement Division manage all safety regarding Pennsylvania rides.  Pennsylvania and 3 Monkeys Inflatables also follow the ASTM standards as outlined in PA ride safety in regards to standards used widely in PA regulations with inflatables.

    We do offer both literature, on-site training, and video training to our entire team that joins us both as Drivers, Assistants, as well as support staff, and Attendant staff.  We not only spend a ton of time training but also on the maintenance and upkeep of our equipment.  Our original business included us offering repair and upkeep to our industry as a whole, but with our business flourishing over the years we have let our repair business Inflatable Doctor take more of a back seat to our business 3 Monkeys Inflatables, however, we do still do some industry repair for our manufacture leaders like Galaxy Multi-rides, and a few other Inflatable Manufactures, as well as a huge outdoor venue business that a lot of our customers know of Bounce America.  Along with doing our own repair and maintenance and the occasional for a few of our manufacturer friends, we spend a ton of time developing our team's skills, not only the obvious of operating equipment but also coaching in customer service, and developing the very best in our staff.  We are proud of our staff, and they are proud of their positions within 3 Monkeys we believe that shows in the time and effort our staff puts into making sure your events are perfect!

    3 Monkeys Inflatables Safety Instructions

    Operator Instruction Sheet

    We do require an Operator Instruction Sheet with all your training on the specific inflatables/games, and entertainment items we rent to be reviewed and signed off by the coordinator, and is recommended for the coordinator to do the same with anyone she/he is training on the use of the inflatables that will be in charge at any point of watching the inflatables.  With Safety being of the utmost importance, we cannot recommend enough to ensure your volunteers understand all the rules and follow the guidelines strictly.

    Bounce House Safety and Bounce House n Slide Safety is something 3 Monkeys Inflatables takes very seriously.  We provide a lot of information both in our emails that come out when you book, in our contract, in our reminder emails with tips, youtube videos, live videos, and paired with our Safety and Training Page found here we feel confident that you will have the skills to operate a bounce house and bounce house with slide rental per manufacture, state and our companies guidelines that we outline in a combination of this video paired with the operator instruction sheet we provide to you attached to your contract.

    Safety is extremely important for our guests that you follow the guidelines we set that have proven records of safety.  Please never assume you can let something slide that is covered in our safety guidelines and video as they are there for the purpose of having a safe event, so you can focus on the fun, and not worry about any injuries happening from improper use.

    It's important when choosing a volunteer to monitor the inflatables you have rented to ensure they are 16 years or old, and that they are confident in the rules and regulations they read on our operator instruction sheet, and in the video, for the item, they are monitoring.  They become the lifeguard of the inflatables, so it's important they act according to the guidelines to ensure the utmost safety of participants. When in doubt they can consult their coordinator, or simply call our office at 717-650-7657.  We are here 24/7 to support you.  Of course, you can always hire our professional attendants to assist you in managing the inflatables if that is a better option for you.
