Our trackless train provides a unique, fun, and memorable ride experience for children and families. Unlike traditional trains, this ride does not require tracks, allowing it to easily travel on driveways, parking lots, and event spaces! While this does function best on an asphalt or solid surface, the train is able to operate on grass - making it perfect for all locations! Whether you're hosting an Easter egg hunt or a large seasonal festival, this attraction is guaranteed to be a crowd favorite!

 How long is the rental for? How does the Easter train rental work? What cities and locations do you service?

Great questions! The electric Easter train rental is priced at $599 for a rental up to 2 hours long. Each additional hour after that is priced at $125 per hour. Please note - as this train is electric, it is battery powered. This train can only operate for a maximum time of 4 hours. If your event is on grass, the train may run out of battery sooner so we do strongly recommend utilizing this rental on a hard surface. The Easter train does include a special conductor for the event as well as a train station for the line to form and for unloading and loading passengers! Parents or guardians are able to ride the train with children, if they would like! It is important to note that adults will take up more cart space, reducing the amount of passengers able to ride at once. 

Despite being based in Felton, PA - we are proud to service many location in Central PA and Northern MD - including Baltimore, Westminster, Harrisburg, Hanover, Lititz, Lancaster, and more! Please note that we do have travel fees that vary by location.  You've convinced me! How do I book the train rental?

We are so glad to hear you want to book this amazing interactive attraction! If you would like to book your event, there are 2 different ways you can do this. The first way is to utilize the 'add to cart' feature above, which will lead you to our live booking calendar to select your date and event times. Pro tip: If the date is yellow, that means this item is unavailable for that date. When selecting your event times, please note those are the START and END times for your event. These times tell my scheduler when the items need to be set up and ready for use by, they are NOT delivery times! Delivery times are sent our via email a few days in advance to your event, usually about 2 days in advance. 

Once your cart is full of the items you are interested in, in this case the train and any additional items, you will follow the prompts to fill out personal information as well as the event information. Pay close attention, as we have you enter your billing address first and then you enter the event address. If those are different, we want to be sure we have the correct delivery address on file! The final step to complete your booking is to pay the 25% non-refundable deposit. Without this deposit, your order is not confirmed. 

The second booking option is to call our office at 717-650-7657 and our delightful staff can assist you in going through this process over the phone! When booking over the phone, our staff will ask the questions and fill in your responses. They will be able to either send you a quote with pricing (NOT a booking) or they can accept that 25% non-refundable deposit to get you officially booked!

Once you are officially booked, you will receive an order placed email that will act as your receipt and confirm all details for your event! It's easy and stress free! After you book, our staff will reach out a dew days in advance with your delivery confirmation email to let you know when your items will be set up and taken down.
