With that said, you will want to choose a company that you can trust and that provides a very easy, stress free rental process for you.

Before you choose a jump house you may want to consider measuring your setup area to ensure that there will be enough space to set up the jump house of your choice. While you are measuring the setup area, take a look around and ask yourself if the area is easy to access? Will our drivers be able to easily handcart the inflatable jumper to the area? Is there a gate that they will need to enter through? If so, how wide is the opening? Is it a relatively flat surface? Where is the closest power outlet?

Speaking of power, we like to plug the blowers into an outlet within 50 feet when possible. We can run power up to 100 feet but absolutely no further. If your outlet is not within the 50 feet but it is within the 100 feet we will need to know and notate this on your order so that we can be sure our drivers bring an appropriate extension cord. In case you are wondering why we do not plug into power outside of the 100 feet, it is because it makes the blowers for our inflatables work extra hard to pull the power and they don’t work as efficiently and they will wear out faster due to the fact that they have to work harder. A more important reason we do not plug in outside of the 100 feet is because it can compromise the firmness of the inflatable and safety is our first priority.

How do I rent Bounce Jumpers in Lancaster?

To rent a bounce jumper in Lancaster with 3 Monkeys Inflatables you have three options; online, email, or phone. If you wish to book your jump house online simply add the rental items you wish to rent, to your cart. You will need to select your party date, start time, and end time. Please keep in mind these times have nothing to do with your delivery or pick up time. We do require you to have flexibility in case we would need to drop off a day or two early and pick up a day or two later. We don’t always do this but on busier weekends, in order to get all the parties set up in time we sometimes have to begin deliveries as early as Thursday for a Saturday party. You will be notified via email 1-2 days prior to your event date of your estimated time of delivery and pick up.
Once you have entered all of your information you will need to place a 25%, non-refundable, credit card deposit to hold the rental items of your choice for your party date and times. The remaining balance is due any time up until the time of the delivery of the equipment. If you go to complete the checkout process and you see an order minimum listed on your order there is a reason. Let us explain. Each city, depending upon its distance from our warehouse, has an order minimum (prior to taxes and travel fees) and a travel fee. In order for you to check out you must meet your cities order minimum. If you are $40.00 short of the order minimum the system will add that on as a $40.00 order minimum fee. This will be the same if you call our office to place your order with one of our customer service representatives.
