Frequently Asked Questions and Answers About the Under the Big Top Obstacle Course Rental

Q.Can obstacle courses for rent be set up indoors too or do they have to be set up outside?

We can most certainly set up obstacle courses indoors. In order to do this we ask that you have an entrance wide enough for us to get the inflatable through and that there be enough space available for setup. If you are unsure, we do suggest that you measure your space. You will also need to have a power outlet available no more than 100' from the setup area.

Q.When will you deliver my rental?

Your obstacle course rental will be delivered, setup, and ready for you to use by the start time that is listed on your contract. The time we deliver will be determined by the scheudler a few days prior to your event and will be communicated to you via a delivery confirmation email that does request your reply. Please understand that we have a lot of rentals to deliver and therefore we cannot agree to a requested delivery time. Pickup will occur at or after the end time listed on your rental agreement. Again, this will be communicated to you by our office staff, prior to your rental.
