Things To Know and Commonly Asked Questions By A First Time Inflatable Renter
How long do I get to keep the inflatable rental?
Our inflatable rentals Fallston are for up to 8 hours long. That means whether you rent an inflatable in Fallston for 2 hours or 8 hours the rental cost is the same. The latest nine hour rental period our system allows us to book an inflatable for is 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. Sometimes parties go late and customers wish to keep them overnight. You can book a Fallston inflatable rental overnight, with guaranteed pickup the next morning, for a small $40 overnight fee (per inflatable item). Please keep in mind, that if you do this we may come early the next morning to pick up the equipment if it is rented out by another customer that following day.
When will you deliver the Fallston inflatable rental?
Your Fallston party rental will be delivered, set up, ready for you to use by the start time listed on your contract. We will notify you a few days in advance what time you are on the schedule for both your set up and the pick up so that you can plan accordingly. We do ask for flexibility for our scheduling purposes. This means flexibility if we have to drop off 1-2 days prior to your event and/or possibly pick up 1-2 days after your event. For those of you who do not have that flexibility there is an additional fee.
What do I need to provide for the rental?
To best prepare for your party rental delivery, we ask that you have a place for our crew driving the truck and trailer to park, and that it be as close to the set up area as poosible. We will need a flat surface to set up on. Know ahead of time where your power is and water source (if applicable) are. Please keep in mind we can run power no more than 100' from the unit. Connecting too many power cords can cause overheating, makes the blowers work extra hard, and does not make for a safe setup.
Does the price listed with each item include delivery?
No, the price you see listed next to each inflatable is the rental cost for up to 8 hours. The listed price does not include delivery, taxes, or applicable fees.
