We also have 3 PA licensed inspectors on our staff. Last but not least, make sure the company is insured! We ask that you pick up any pet waste in the yard both at the setup area and the path our delivery team will need to take to get to the setup area. Getting them as close to the setup area as possible is always appreciated as the bounce houses are not light! Lastly, digitally signing your contract and having your invoice paid in full will also make setup go a little faster.

Q.How long are your rentals?

A.All of our inflatable rentals are for up to 8 hours long between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Anything outside of those hours is subject to additional costs. Often customers will ask if it costs less to only rent for 4 hours instead of 8. The answer is, no. The cost is the same whether your rent for 4 hours or 8 hours. Please keep in mind items other than our inflatable rentals like our rock wall, mechanical bull, zip line, mobile escape rooms, distracted driving simulators, photo booth, bumper cars, trackless train, and many other items are priced differently. Q.When will you deliver my party rental in White Hall?

A.Your party rental White Hall will be set up and ready for you to use by the start time listed on your contract. For example, if the time listed on your rental agreement is 12 p.m. until 8 p.m., the rental items will be there, set up, ready for you to use by 12 p.m. Our crew will return 8 p.m. or later, or possibly even the following day to pick the rental equipment back up. We do ask that you have flexibility for our scheduling purposes meaning if we have to set up 1-2 days prior, or pick up 1-2 days after, we can do so for our scheduling purposes. If you are having your party at a location that does not allow for this flexibility there is an additional fee for same day delivery and pickup depending upon your location. This fee ranges from $200.00-$300.00.

A.No. The price listed on our web site is the rental cost only. It does not include any taxes, travel fees, or other applicable fees that may be added. You can either go through the checkout process to find out the total cost or you can contact our office for a complete quote. Our travel fees are determined by your distance from the location of our physical warehouse. Therefore, there are also order minimums required for certain areas as well. The further you are, the higher the order minimum and higher the travel fee. The travel fee does however cover both trips for both setup and pickup.
