What information do I need to provide for a rental quote?
Five essentials: (1) Event date and time. (2) Location and venue type (backyard, park, school, indoor). (3) Estimated guest count and age range. Your equipment is delivered by trained professionals—often led by one of our four 10+ year team leads (Zack, Nick, Andrew, or Emmett), all PA-certified Ride Inspectors. Second-generation owners Gabe or Cole frequently join deliveries. What do I need to prepare?

Can you set up on concrete or indoors?
Yes! We use stakes on grass, sandbags/weights on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt). Indoor setups need adequate ceiling height—we'll discuss specifics during booking.
What support is available on the day of my event?

What happens if weather or venue changes affect my rental?
We actively monitor forecasts and contact you if concerning conditions develop. Light rain doesn't automatically cancel. We stop for: Lightning within 10 miles, winds over 20 mph, or heavy rain creating unsafe surfaces. If we cancel: Full refund or free reschedule—no penalties. How do I choose the right equipment size for my guest count?
Basic rule: Most bounce houses hold 8-12 kids (ages 3-12) at once. For 30 guests: One large unit typically works (only 1/3 to 1/2 use it at any time). For 60+ guests: Consider multiple units or larger obstacle courses. Critical: Never mix toddlers with older children—different sizes create safety hazards.
